<p>Your Pre-Save Delivery Analytics will show you not only the total number of pre-saves collected, but it will also show you the status of your pre-save on the release day. There are four different stages of delivery for a pre-save, which we display on the progress bar. </p>

<p>The four states of a delivery are as follows: </p>

<strong>Successfully Delivered:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Content that has been sent to the library your fans’ have requested during the Pre-Save.</span>

<strong>Queued for Delivery:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Content that has not yet been sent to your fans’ but is either about to be processed for delivery or, in the case of a local release, is waiting to be available in your fans’ territories.</span>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">
<strong>Pending Source:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Content that has not been sent because the source - the link or ISRC/UPC of your content - is either invalid or missing. Edit your Smart Link with the corrected link within three days of the release date to successfully deliver your Pre-Save to your fans.</span>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">
<strong style="font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">Couldn’t Be Delivered:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Content that could not be delivered to the fans’ library. A common reason this can happen will be because the fan removed the authorization token before the release date, or if the correct content source was not supplied within three days of the release date.</span>

Email collection can be utilized for a number of purposes such as picking a winner to give VIP tickets to, grow your mailing list, or to get a better understanding of who is listening to your music and where.</p>

<p>You fans emails will be listed, along with their locations and ages. You can see what preferred streaming services they use and whether or not they’re on a paid or free plan. </p>

How to access and use your Audience Emails

<p>For each Pre-Save you create on Feature.fm, we'll show you a report of important analytics, which you'll find by navigating to the <strong>Smart Links</strong> page and selecting the Insights option to the right of your Pre-Save. </p>

<p>This section will show you the total number of Pre-Saves you collected and the delivery status once you reach the release date. For both, you can see these numbers in total and broken down by service. </p>

<p>1) <strong>Total visits:</strong> the amount of times your link received a click (this could be include one person clicking multiple times, <strong>not</strong> uniques)</p>

<p>2) <strong>Unique users:</strong> how many times an individual person clicked on your link (they could have clicked more than once, as we can see the total link clicks are higher on this campaign)</p>

<p>3) <strong>Clicks to service:</strong> how many times an action button was clicked on by a user (again, this could include one person clicking multiple times...they could leave the page open and click on it a few times before closing, etc.)</p>

This graph is also similar to the previous graphs in the analytics page where you can isolate a certain group and see the numbers. So if you wanted to see only the numbers for male listeners or vice versa you can click the little boxes next to male and female on the top of the graph.</p>

This graph is also similar to the previous graphs in the analytics page where you can isolate a certain group and see the numbers. How to Understand the Analytics Page (Website Campaign)

<p style="text-align:">A Viewed Impression is when your music is put on a music website and actually seen by a user. Every time it is placed on a website such as PopMatters and viewed by a fan it will count as a Viewed Impression. You will only be charged for placements of your song on web pages when someone actually sees your song.</p><div style="text-align:;"><img src="https://featurefm.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360055213052/5ea0bfe290be4.jpeg" width="" height=""></div>

What are Viewed Impressions?

<p style="text-align:left">When a fan visits your Feature.fm link, we automatically detect where that person came from. This is called referrer information, and is a valuable tool to see how your campaign performs across different traffic sources.</p><p style="text-align:left">However, this technique is not perfect for two reasons:</p><ol>
<li>Sometimes traffic sources do not supply referrer information. In those cases, we display the referrer info as being "Direct".</li>
<li>Referrer info cannot differentiate between different sources inside the same platform. This means that while you can see which traffic came from Facebook, you cannot tell the difference between traffic from two different Facebook pages.</li>
</ol><p style="text-align:left">For these reasons, we recommend using Feature.fm's channels or activities features. This lets you accurately determine the relative performance of your different promotions.</p>

How is referrer information reported?

Email collection can be utilized for a number of purposes such as picking a winner to give VIP tickets to, grow your mailing list, or to get a better understanding of who is listening to your music and where.</p>

<p>You fans emails will be listed, along with their locations and ages. You can see what preferred streaming services they use and whether or not they’re on a paid or free plan. </p>

<p>Attribution reports give you more information about customer behaviors, specifically about their actions taken and what ultimately gets them to successfully complete a sale, conversion, or another goal you are measuring against. </p>
<p>With Feature.fm’s attribution reports (Streaming and Sales conversion data), you are able to see beyond landing page views and clicks to services. You can also see what happens after the click-to-service, e.g. a purchase or a stream. </p>
<h1 id="h_01HMVVY60T81Q02T8W4PQ5PPCA"><strong>Which platforms are currently supported by Feature.fm’s attribution reporting?</strong></h1>
<p>Feature.fm currently supports attribution reporting with Rough Trade, Anghami, Qobuz, Boomplay, YouTube and YouTube Music.</p>
<h1 id="h_01HMVW2C3VN1CYCMSRCTQX7WV4"><strong>How do I use Feature.fm’s Attribution Reporting?</strong></h1>
<p>For Streams, this data is automatically tracked through your Feature.fm smart links that have YouTube*, YouTube Music*, Rough Trade, Anghami, Qobuz, and/or Boomplay included. </p>
<p>For Sales, you can enable this type of Reporting by <a href="https://help.feature.fm/hc/en-us/articles/360045367072"><span class="wysiwyg-underline" style="color: #1155cc;">plugging in the Feature.fm Conversion Pixel into your merch store or D2C platform</span></a>. </p>
<p><em>*Note: YouTube and YouTube Music privacy rules require a minimum of 50 streams through a landing page in order for streaming data to be reported.</em></p>

<p>This data is available to all Pro Artist, Pro Marketer and Enterprise customers. </p>

<p>Conversion Tracking analytics are inside individual link analytics or the <strong>Insights </strong>page. Click the graph icon next to the blue <strong>Get Link</strong> button and you will see your Insights dashboard appear first. Navigate over to the <strong>Conversion</strong> dashboard, and here you will see streaming and sales data. </p>

<h3>What is a conversion and attribution data?</h3>
<p>A conversion is an action that a person takes on your website/app such as purchasing, registering, downloading, or viewing a particular page. <a class="c-link" href="http://feature.fm/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-stringify-link="http://Feature.fm" data-sk="tooltip_parent" aria-describedby="sk-tooltip-10703"><span class="wysiwyg-color-blue">Feature.fm</span></a> allows you to report these actions to us, so we can report them back to you in your <span class="wysiwyg-color-blue"><a class="c-link" href="http://feature.fm/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-stringify-link="http://Feature.fm" data-sk="tooltip_parent" aria-describedby="sk-tooltip-10704">Feature.fm</a></span> analytics dashboards. This helps you better understand how your marketing efforts result in sales.</p>
<h3>How to install Conversion Tracking for your merch store</h3>
<p>We've developed an API endpoint and SDK for conversion data reporting. This means you'll be able to implement it for any D2C stores to view the conversion/sales reporting in <a href="http://feature.fm/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><span class="wysiwyg-color-blue">Feature.fm</span></a>.</p>

<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Let us know the stores in the FFM system that you have ownership of and we'll include in the URL a custom parameter of "ffm=uniqueid".</p>
<p>This unique id will be used to attribute the conversion reporting. It's also being used at the end of any URL used for "Official Site" or "Official Store" generic stores.</p>

<p><strong>Step 2:</strong> You can install the code found in our <span class="wysiwyg-color-blue"><a class="c-link" href="https://developers.feature.fm/#conversion-api" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-stringify-link="https://developers.feature.fm/#conversion-api" data-sk="tooltip_parent" aria-describedby="sk-tooltip-12139">conversion documentation here</a></span> to your merch store in order to implement the reporting back to your Feature.fm anlaytics.</p>
<p>If you use a 3rd party that manages your merch store such as <a href="https://with-ochre.com/" target="_self">Ochre</a> or <a href="https://kingsroadmerch.com/" target="_self">Kings Road Merch</a>, please reach out to your account rep at your merch provider to ask them to add the code for you. </p>
